DESIGN STATEMENT FOR THE DELIVERY OF AND PARTICIPATION IN LANDMARK'S TEAM, MANAGEMENT, AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The Team, Management, and Leadership Program is designed to have participants self-generate the invention, unfolding, management, and fulfillment of conversations that require both Teams and Teamwork for success.

As a result, participants develop a demonstrated competency in living from the distinctions of Landmark’s Communication Program, and the experience and satisfaction of having

made an enormous contribution by embodying Landmark’s distinctions of communication.

Trained through a powerful pedagogy and on the court opportunities to create and fulfill “Games in the World” and “Games” that expand participation in Landmark’s Communication Program, participants practice and begin to master the distinctions of Landmark’s powerful and unique model for communication, accomplishment, and performance.
